My Story

My fascination with Disney began as a young lad in England, inspired by a Reader’s Digest article about Walt Disney’s incredible journey against the odds.

This early spark led me to become a dedicated student of Walt Disney’s life, visiting Disney parks around the globe over a hundred times!

Now I enjoy delivering keynote presentations, engaging and educational talks at conferences, seminars, and corporate events worldwide. My presentations are infused with Disney-inspired strategies, helping businesses of all sizes learn how to create loyal customers, stand out in competitive markets, and build a brand that people can’t stop talking about.

In my best-selling book "Walt's Way," I uncover and share the marketing and business strategies that made Walt Disney a household name. 

The book is not just another Disney biography; it’s a practical guide for entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to infuse Disney’s innovative and customer-centric approach into their own ventures.

My goal for the book was to share the genius behind Disney’s attention to detail, explore the power of ‘plussing’—Walt’s term for continuous improvement—or revealing how Disney turns every employee into a marketer, and provide the reader with insights that are both enlightening and practical.
